All PLAYMATES must:
- Successfully pass a
15 - 30 minute interview process*
- Be at least 12 weeks old AND have completed full series of
puppy shots
- Be spayed or neutered if over 6 months
- Be in good health and free from communicable disease for 30 days
- Be current on vaccinations (DHLPP, Bordatella, Rabies) written -
proof required
-Be up to date on heartworm tests and medication
-Be on a flea control program
-Be friendly and non-aggressive towards people and other dogs
All owners must:
Complete the Registration and Release form
Be in attendance at the interview

at Paws Playhouse, all dogs must go through this application process.
It is imperative that all dogs in our facility interact positively
with each other. During the interview, your dog’s history will be
reviewed and they will be introduced to other PLAYMATES. If the dog
reacts positively and meets the above listed health requirements, your
dog is welcome to stay and play.
Interviews last approximately 15 minutes and the owner is required to
be present. If possible, print & fill out the application packet and
bring it with you to the interview. Written proof of vaccination
should be provided at the interview.
